We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Change Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or a related field ITIL Foundation Certification or Practitioner Level Certification and at least 3 years of experience in IT change management. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire change management process ensuring that all IT changes are effectively planned coordinated and implemented in line with best practices minimizing disruption to services.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Change Management Process: Manage and coordinate IT change management processes in line with ITIL standards ensuring all changes are reviewed approved and executed efficiently.
- Risk & Impact Assessment: Conduct risk and impact assessments for all change requests ensuring that potential risks are identified mitigated and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Change Advisory Board (CAB): Facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings presenting change requests and ensuring appropriate approval processes are followed.
- Change Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for all IT changes ensuring all records are kept uptodate and compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the change management team and other departments ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about the status of changes and any potential impacts.
- PostImplementation Review: Lead postimplementation reviews to assess the success of changes capture lessons learned and improve future change management processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the change management process and work closely with the IT operations and project teams to implement process enhancements.
- Change Metrics: Track and report on change management metrics providing insights into change success rates failure rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation Certification (required).
- ITIL Practitioner Level Certification (preferred).
- Relevant Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci Change Management).
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Change Management.
- Strong knowledge and handson experience with ITIL frameworks specifically in change management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing IT change processes.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems infrastructure and software development processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work. Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Directory Services technologies.
Education
National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 8 years of Active Directory Experience Relevant technical certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in Domain Services certification is essential. Strong experience in managing Active Directory and Enterprise Directory Services.
