Job Description

Job Summary
Own define establish and coordinate Royalty segments strategy and its execution to achieve revenue balance sheet and operating profit targets agreed in annual budget. Develop (and keep improving) comprehensive Value Proposition for Royalty customers (and associated subsegments) to grow market share. Own the responsibility for ensuring excellent Customer Experience in the Royalty segment and enabling Royalty RMs productivity.


Duties & Responsibilities

Understand current Value proposition identify gaps and build a strong value proposition taking into consideration (dynamic) customer needs market offering sales force feedback and match global standards on solutions and delivery.

Drive customer loyalty and maximize opportunities for fee income by initiating and managing retention programs/campaigns.

Define drive and deliver initiatives at each stage of the customer s life cycle.

Manage Segments profitability and ensure delivery of balance sheet targets.

Grow Royalty segment portfolio by driving customer activity and engagements monitoring segment portfolio to reduce/eliminate customers with zero / negative profitability.

Conduct market research (focus groups) and benchmarking with key competitors.

Manage customer experience satisfaction and motivation indicators.

Run seasonal/Next Best Action campaigns to incentivize the sales force/Customers and increase run rate.

Increase use of technology drive migration to Echannels and cards to reduce cost to serve and increase products/services utilization.

Provide leadership develop and motivate Relationship Managers to increase performance and productivity.

Initiate frequent frontline engagement to review portfolio understand their challenges (if any) identify training needs and obtain feedback on market realities our products & campaigns.

Work closely with Operations to enrich Royalty customer database updating customer data with email/mobile numbers etc. Work closely with Service quality in driving a standard behavior of RMs and operations in managing customer queries and sales objections respectively.

Work closely with Branch services to fulfill the premium customer promise at customer touchpoints.

Work closely with Analytics team using data to provide insights towards improved sales strike rates.

Work closely with HR and Distribution to ensure fit for purpose RMs in the right locations.

Manage costs associated with sales strategy and relationship growth.




Requirements

Job Requirements

  • First degree
  • Possession of a postgraduate degree (MBA or MSc is an added advantage)
  • Min 10 years experience in Banking which includes
    Track record of managing and catering to the financial needs of HNIs
    At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
