- Engineering Manager Job Description
As an Engineering Manager your mission will be to maximize the output of a growing engineering organization by collaborating with the executive team and the CTO. You will be responsible for creating an evaluation system for engineers organizing development environments and building the organization comprehensively. We are looking for an Engineering Manager committed to improving the abilities of team members and creating a productdriven engineering organization to further grow the business.
Specifically:
- Design and implement strategies for the engineering organization to embody our value Great Work Great Team.
- Develop and manage training and development programs to promote the technical growth of engineers.
- Assign members to various projects to maximize performance.
- Manage team members through oneonone meetings goal setting and improving evaluation and feedback systems.
- Perform people management for the engineering team including oneonone meetings and performance evaluations.
- Formulate and execute engineering recruitment plans in line with product strategy (including direct recruiting and referral hiring).

- Salary adjustments: Twice a year
- Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
- Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)
