- Position:
- Collaborate with executives on Salesforce business development. As the Salesforce business is currently small it is expected to be built up together with the executives in the near term.
- Participation in Salesforce projects.
Responsibilities: Provide clients with support in transforming customer interaction management by helping to implement and establish optimal use of Salesforce.
- Support for planning the overall vision for business transformation.
- Support for planning the overall vision for IT transformation (particularly for clients wanting to utilize cloud services/Salesforce).
- Analyze business operations and plan transformations (proposing solutions such as business process improvements and IT implementations).
- Define system requirements design develop and support implementation.
- Project management related to the above tasks.
- Support business transformation and ensure its establishment.

- Holders of a bachelors degree or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in implementing CRM systems including Salesforce

- Native Japanese proficiency or Japanese language skills equivalent to JLPT N1
