Manager Talent Management EVPs and VPs
Line Managers and Employees
Purpose:
To develop training and development plans and initiatives
To discuss training and learning needs for line managers and employees
To ensure that all line managers and employees understand their training needs and obtain appropriate training programs.
Occupational Health & Safety and Environment
Responsibility:
Responsible for:
His/her personal safety and that of all personnel under his/her authority including others who may be affected by the companys activities.
