Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support in German through phone email and chat.
- Efficiently and professionally handle customer inquiries and issues.

Requirements:
- Valid work permit in Portugal (residence card or EU ID).
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support (preferred).
- Proficient in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
