Role Overview:
The Software Engineering team focuses on developing software that directly impacts the
operation of semiconductor processing equipment including robotics gas valves and
temperature controllers. Join our team to:
Lead software development for competitive semiconductor capital equipment
Drive innovation and enhance software quality for semiconductor equipment
Build and grow a team of skilled software developers
Responsibilities:
Define software development plans and generate a software roadmap
Manage software project portfolios focusing on cost reduction and performance
improvement
Ensure highquality firsttimeright software development in collaboration with the
software quality team
Strengthen team capacity and capability through recruitment and development
Collaborate globally with other Software Engineering leaders on software strategy
Measure and maintain internal customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science
Experience in technical leadership roles
Knowledge of customeroriented software baseline management and release planning
Proficiency in modern software technologies and software development
Strong leadership with experience in team building and development
Ability to work in a global matrix organization
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters or PhD in computer science or a related field
Experience in the semiconductor process equipment industry
