Job Description
Location: Chicago IL
Salary: From 50000USD annual (The positions salary is a draw commission 4000USD a month draw)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the customer base in a large area.
- Create and implement plans to increase business profits.
- Meet revenue targets and KPIs set by the Sales Director.
- Help customers choose products and promote key brands.
- Follow up on quotes regularly.
- Achieve a quotetoclose ratio of 20% or higher.
- Address and resolve sales issues promptly.
- Attend construction site meetings as needed to help solve problems.
- Gather and share market and competitor information in the company database.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Generate timely field reports.
- Participate in industry events and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Outside Sales Experience is a MUST
- Carpentry skills preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Business preferred not required
License / Certification
- Drivers License (Required)
Willingness to travel
- 50% (Required)
