Job Description
Perform Recruitment is looking for an experienced Artic Truck Driver to join our clients team in Drogheda Co. Louth. This fulltime permanent position offers an immediate start and competitive pay. This is a great opportunity for a skilled driver with a strong safety record to secure a longterm role with one of the industrys leading companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and drive artic trucks with a valid CE category license ensuring safety and professionalism at all times.
- Ensure the timely and secure delivery of goods across various routes in Ireland.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and follow company protocols for safe efficient driving.
- Conduct comprehensive pretrip and posttrip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery times and hours worked.
- Communicate clearly with the dispatch team and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle goods with care ensuring proper loading and unloading.
Qualifications
- License: Valid CE category license.
- Certification: Current CPC Card and Tachograph card.
- Experience: At least 3 years of driving experience within Ireland or the UK.
- Skills: Strong driving skills reliability effective communication and attention to detail.
