Job Description
Join Our Growing Gaming Company!
We are a rapidly expanding company in the gaming industry recently celebrating a successful product launch in Bangkok. As we continue to grow we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Game Designer to join our team and focus on enhancing payment systems for our gaming products.
Responsibilities:
- Champion the design of new game features focusing on engaging gameplay and user experience.
- Create stunning mobile UI screens and onscreen graphics collaborating with the team to develop innovative game and app interfaces.
- Develop and maintain design mockups user flows detailed specifications and other design documentation.
- Translate ideas into clear and effective wireframes to guide artists and developers.
- Manage game assets including file formats and optimization.
- Design and balance game databases and metrics.
MustHave Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in the game industry.
- Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English for professional communication.
- Experience designing various game genres (Hypercasual Casual Turnbased Strategy Midcore Puzzle etc.).
- Full product lifecycle experience from ideation to release.
- Proven experience designing 2D games (3D experience is a plus).
- Experience analyzing game product metrics postrelease.
- Proficiency in handling game assets and optimization techniques.
- Experience designing and balancing game economies and databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing inapp purchase systems and game economies.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Understanding of the full game development process from design to release.
- Ability to accurately estimate time and resources for design tasks.
- Proficiency with wireframing and workflow tools (Draw.io Photoshop Figma etc.).
