Job Description
Location: Los Angeles CA
Salary: Ranging from 120000USD to 145000USD annual
Work setup: Hybrid after 90 days

Responsibilities:
- Represent the firm in client meetings to define the Scope of Work and finalize proposals.
- Manage team design production quality training and employee performance for profit center success.
- Participate in decisionmaking and growth planning during regular meetings.
- Lead with Full Circle Thinking and provide positive leadership.
- Hold a PE license and manage up to two Project Managers while supervising up to four employees.
