Job Description

Job Title: Conversion Team Leader Conversion Agents and Retention Agents

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Salary: $2000 $2500 (depending on experience) High Bonus Potential

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Conversion Team Leader to oversee our Conversion Agents and Retention Agents focusing on French and Germanspeaking candidates. In this role you will be responsible for driving performance enhancing team capabilities and achieving conversion and retention goals in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coach and mentor a team of Conversion and Retention Agents to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and retention of clients.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends areas for improvement and actionable insights.
  • Conduct regular oneonone meetings and performance reviews to provide feedback and support professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues that may arise.
  • Create and deliver training programs that equip agents with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Foster a positive team culture that promotes motivation accountability and highperformance achievement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in conversion and retention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French German English Italian or Hindu (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a team leader role or similar position within a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong understanding of conversion and retention strategies.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data track KPIs and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
