Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Early Intervention Job Coach on a 2.5month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 18.60 23.37 per Hour
Responsibilities:
- To build relationships with participants and through support and advice help them address any barriers to employment.
- To have a creative approach to engaging with participants.
- To be responsible for a caseload of participants providing a support role and addressing their needs based upon their individual action plans.
- To work with participants on a one to one or group basis as appropriate.
- To maintain regular contact with participants on their caseload to offer advice and guidance where needed.
Requirements:
- Good General Standard of Education
- Experience of working with unemployed people to improve their employment prospect.
- Experience of providing advice and guidance to others with the aim of progressing them towards employment.
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an enhanced DBS
