Job Description
Position: Content Moderator
Languages: Native/Fluent Norwegian English
Location: Thessaloniki Greece
Working Hours: 24/7 rotating shifts (approximately 3 night shifts per month with a 15% night shift premium)
Work Model: Onsite
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Norwegianspeaking Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this role you will review and moderate usergenerated content to ensure it complies with platform standards and guidelines. Shifts will rotate including a few night shifts each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Flag and escalate inappropriate or harmful content as needed.
- Communicate effectively in both Norwegian and English.
- Handle sensitive content with confidentiality and accuracy.
