Job Description

Position: HR Payroll Specialist (German Native English)

Location: Osnabrck Germany

Compensation:

  • FullTime: 44000 Performance Bonus
  • PartTime: 22000 Performance Bonus

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete payroll process for employees ensuring compliance with German labor laws.
  • Accurately calculate salaries bonuses and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Respond to payrollrelated inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to enhance payroll processes.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Native German speaker with a strong command of English.
  • Demonstrated experience and education in payroll management; HR experience without payroll expertise will not be accepted.
  • Indepth knowledge of German labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
