Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and moderate video content in Dutch ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
- Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content.
- Stay informed about company policies and ensure consistent application.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and focus while moderating content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and guidelines.
- Handle sensitive content professionally and with discretion.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong attention to detail and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and manage sensitive material.
- Previous experience in a contact center is a plus but not essential (training provided).
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools.
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Sunday working 5 days per week.
- Hours: Rotational shifts between 7 AM and 11 PM.
- Total Hours: 40 hours per week.
