Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support in German through phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products services billing and account management.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- Escalate more complex problems to internal teams when necessary and follow up with customers.
- Accurately log all interactions and ensure that customer data is up to date.
- Maintain knowledge of products services and company policies to offer accurate and informed solutions.
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets including customer satisfaction and response times.
Qualifications:
- Native German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English for internal communication and reporting.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
