Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully assess online videos content complaints and legal notices with precision and adherence.
- Update and audit content for seamless integration onto social media platforms.
- Ensure services meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain current knowledge of client products and services.
- Strictly adhere to accuracy guidelines and uphold data protection measures.
Profile:
- Proficient in German (C1 level) and skilled in English (B2 level).
- Strong proficiency in PC navigation and adept at utilizing technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Openness to relocating to Porto and accommodating flexible shifts.
- Possession of a valid work permit in Portugal (EU citizenship).
