Job Description
We are in search of experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurses to become part of our team in Rochester New York. Joining our clients team offers the chance to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment while delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients.
Position: Neuro ICU Registered Nurses
Location: Rochester NY
Salary details: $90000 $125000
Shift: Nights
ICU or Neuro ICU RN Responsibilities:
Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the ICU and/or Neuro ICU setting
Monitor and assess patients conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations
Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve nursing skills and knowledge
ICU RN Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of New York
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ICU and/or Neuro ICU setting
BLS and ACLS certification
Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced and highstress environment
Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed
