About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in Partner Contract Management and Partner Contract Onboarding. This role is essential to ensuring smooth partner integration processes and optimizing contract lifecycle management. Experience in company mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is highly preferred as this position will play a key role in complex organizational transitions.
Tasks
- Project Management: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of partner contract management projects from initiation and planning to execution and closure ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Contract Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new partner contracts ensuring all documentation and compliance measures are met while aligning with company standards and regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders facilitating clear communication alignment and collaboration throughout the contract process.
- Risk Management: Identify assess and mitigate project risks related to partner contract management and onboarding.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all contracts meet legal & regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain and update processes in line with legal and industry standards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor contract performance produce detailed reports for senior leadership and leverage data to inform strategy and process improvements.
- Mergers & Acquisitions Support: Provide expertise during periods of M&A activity assisting in the seamless integration of partner contracts and adapting processes to accommodate new partnerships and acquisitions. Align to M&A timelines and provide regular updates to MADO office.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing partner contract management and onboarding workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements for improved productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in project management with a specific focus on Partner Contract Management and Onboarding.
- Proven experience in managing projects related to company Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract management software and project management tools (e.g. Icertis MS Project Jira Asana).
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fastpaced environment.
