Job Description

Calling all Admin Support Advisors! We are searching for exceptional individuals who can be the friendly voice on the other end of the line or email ensuring that our customers receive exceptional care. Tasks

  • Handle first line inbound administrative support requests by phone & email (B2B) in a professional and courteous manner ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers (merchants) regarding our diverse range of products services and company policies.
  • Assist new customers with account activation transaction status queries and financial requests demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and building strong customer relationships.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously maintaining detailed and accurate records for future reference. Collaborate effectively with team members and crossfunctional departments to streamline processes and deliver seamless customer service.

Requirements

  • Nativelevel proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written) and a good command of the English language.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a dealbreaker.
  • Your communication skills should be on point for confidently interacting with customers.
  • You are a master problem solver ready to tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail is your thing especially in a fastpaced environment.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications.
