Job Description
Missions key tasks and responsibilities:
- Look after payables to hotels and the financial commitments of our company.
- To manage different informations systems.
- To maintain spreadsheets and database.
- To organise payment to suppliers.
- To do bank reconciliation.
- To do accounting reconciliation and monthly closing.
- To follow up hotels payables accounts.
Qualifications & key skills:
- Experience in finance/accounting / business administration/ economics or similar.
- Fluent in English French/Spanish are a plus.
- High level of Microsoft office especially in Excel.
- Open minded multitasking organised with great communication skills multisoftware & able to deal with deadlines.
