Reporting to the Outlets Leadership Team responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
- Run food orders and replenish product offerings
- Greet acknowledge and provide assistance to guests
- Follow outlet policies procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Smart Serve Certification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in both official languages
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
