Job Description

As our next Hotel Team Leader you

  • Are passionate about guests and delivering great service.

  • Take initiative and are reactive to situations as they arise finding suitable solutions and ensuring a positive outcome.

A little more information:

As Hotel Team Leader you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fabulous guest experience together with your team. To help you do that we will support you with the knowledge and skills to be successful in your role.

  • Participate in hotels organisation and manage the Front of House and Food and Beverage Team
  • Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests and work with the Assistant Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
  • Focus on quality and ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty trough handling complaints and coming up with solutions analysing and replying to guests feedback.
  • Administration responsibility with invoicing cash operations and activity reports. Carry out inventories in compliance with administrative and financial procedures
  • Are resultdriven and understands what needs to be done in order to achieve the hotel goals

 

Our hotel offers 84 rooms and puts you within easy reach of Londons iconic attractions. Our hotel has recently been refurbished in charming contemporary design with quirky touches throughout. Rooms are subtly inspired by the London Underground look out for the surprising playful touches that make this hotel special.

Understanding things from our guests perspective is key so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a onenight stay for you to experience this first hand.


Qualifications :

Fluent in English both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus).

Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills A strong team player.

Customer  service experience

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.

Creative innovative dynamic resultoriented and selfmotivated

High organizational planning followup presentation and reporting skills

Able to use Fols / Opera Cloud at an advanced level

Must be legally eligible to work in UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization.

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: 14.26 per hour Bonus
