Job Description

Take your talents to the Princess and show off your hospitality ability. Love your colleagues Want to stay longer You are in luck 90% of Christmas at the Princess colleagues transition into permanent positions within the property.
- Seasonal dates of position: November 2023 January 10th 2024 (Full time/Part time opportunities available after January 10th!)
- Consistently offer a professional friendly greeting and engaging service
- Ensure five diamond representation of resort
- Understand all tasks in the outlet
- Have knowledge of all event activities: location time and event.
- Follow outlet policies procedures and service standards
- Ensure five diamond representation of resort
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
- Two years Security experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
