As a Hotel Welcomer you will be the first point of contact for our guests providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is comfortable from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with luggage during checkin and checkout.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities as needed
- Respond to guest requests and deliver items to rooms as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as the lobby and entrances.
- Work closely with reception and concierge to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Assist with parking and valet services
Qualifications :
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly professional and customerfocused attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and assist guests as needed.
- A team player with a positive outlook.
- Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is an advantage but not essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Full clean drivers license essential to this role
