We are seeking an innovative and resultsdriven Marketing Communications Manager to join our dynamic team at Novotel Mumbai International Airport As a key member of our marketing department you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead the creation and distribution of compelling content across various channels including digital social media and traditional platforms
- Manage the companys brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales
- Analyze market trends consumer behavior and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts
- Oversee the planning and execution of events trade shows and other promotional activities
- Manage relationships with external agencies vendors and media partners
- Develop and maintain the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in marketing and communications roles preferably in a corporate setting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Experience with social media management and content creation across various platforms
- Understanding of distribution systems (CRS PMS) and their role in marketing strategies
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Resultsoriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions
- Innovative thinker with a passion for staying current with marketing and communications trends
