Job Description

Manager Investor Origination & Business Development

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience


Responsibilities:

Identify High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) Institutional Investors and Family Offices to secure funding for the company's lending activities.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential liquidity partners (LP) through proactive outreach offline & online.

Expertise in lead generation using LinkedIn and other tools

Generate LP interest and help in closing of investments for the company’s mandates.

Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that showcase the company's value proposition to potential investors.

Build and maintain strong rapport with investors ensuring ongoing communication and exploring opportunities for additional investment.

Collaborate with asset sourcing teams to negotiate and structure deals that align with the company's financial objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams including risk management operations and technology to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of liquidity partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business Finance or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.

Prior business development and/or fundraising experience with the ability to point to a track record of success in capitalraising activities from institutional investors family offices and/or highnetworth individuals.

Demonstrated track record in managing investor relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Create and manage a Structured and consistent sales process with thorough followup dynamism and perseverance.

Strong understanding of financial markets investment products and regulatory frameworks.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced startup environment.

Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
