Job Details :
• Key Responsibilies :
o Technical Leadership: Lead a team comprised of full stack developers and GETs
providing technical guidance and support. Help developers in resolving complex
technical issues. Work with engineering managers to define technology best pracOces.
o EndtoEnd Development: Contribute in designing and developing user stories using
React and integrate them with backend services built in Java / Go Lang. Ensure that
defined best pracOces are adhered to. Ensure that the team follows all the defined Agile
scrum principles and ceremonies.
o Database Management: Design opOmize and integrate database layers using relaOonal
databases (PostgreSQL). Implement data storage and retrieval strategies that ensure
data integrity and efficient access.
o Code Quality and TesOng: Write clean maintainable and testable code following best
pracOces in coding and tesOng. Conduct code reviews to maintain highquality
standards and mentor junior developers in following coding guidelines. Ensure that
code complies with NFRs.
o Technical Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and other engineers to
design scalable and secure components. Ensure that the data flow API integraOon and
microservices architecture aligns with the plaorm's overall structure.
o CollaboraOon and CommunicaOon: Work closely with engineering teams product
managers and designers to ensure alignment on business requirements. Provide
technical input during feature planning to idenOfy dependencies challenges and
technical feasibility.
o ConOnuous Improvement and InnovaOon: Stay updated with emerging trends
frameworks and tools incorporaOng them into the plaorm when appropriate. IdenOfy
areas of improvement in exisOng codebases and suggest enhancements that promote
maintainability and scalability.
o DocumentaOon: Develop comprehensive documentaOon for frontend and backend
implementaOons to ensure knowledge sharing and code maintainability. Provide
technical insights and contribute to architecture documentaOon.
Educa3on & Skill Requirement:
EducaOon : Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from recognised University
Experience : 7 10 Years
Skills:
• Technical Skills:
• FrontEnd: Proficiency in React and/or other frontend frameworks familiarity with
HTML CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• BackEnd: Strong experOse in Java 17/19/21 or Python Golang building RESTful APIs
and familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Databases: Experience in relaOonal databases PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases with
data modelling and opOmizaOon knowledge. Knowledge of GCP & AWS/ Azure DevOps
and QA pracOces and frameworks.
• So6 Skills: Strong debugging & problemsolving skills able to solve complex technical
challenges independently and collaboraOvely. EffecOve communicaOon skills capable of
sharing technical insights across teams. Organized detailoriented and able to lead teams
effecOvely.
