SECTION A: Generic BA/PO/PM Roles & Responsibilities (MUST HAVE)
Business Analyst or Product Owner or Product Management
Consult with client stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and
nonfunctional requirements
You will work with / as Product Managers to evaluate the Product Roadmap to identify features for
development and identify "definition of done" for each feature
Lead robust fast (through) inceptions (identify scope value solution) and Own prioritized actionable
backlogs
Manage scope and drive tradeoff decisions in conjunction with internal/external stakeholders while
balancing business requirements with technical requirements
Elicit capture analyze and document business requirements user stories acceptance criteria and
other technical documentation
Work with the development team & provide walkthrough resolve queries & communicate details in a
timely manner
Attend standups requirement grooming meetings estimation meetings retrospectives and other key
meetings for the scrum team
Identify blockers that will impact timeline scope cost or other product variables and escalate to the
appropriate stakeholders
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationship with business and technology teams
Knowledge of Agile tools like confluence JIRA and agile methodology
Proven ability to convert business understanding into process flows / user journeys / use case
diagrams/ screen mockup with appropriate tools
Experience in leading stakeholder and team meetings with excellent communication skills (both verbal
and written) negotiating and persuasive ability to arrive at agreeable approaches
Willingness to keep learning & upskilling oneself with a flexible mindset to work in various subdomains
and perform variety of roles as per project requirement
Experience and comfort for working with technology teams and having basic understanding of below
tech stack – Cloud Data Analysis/mapping/modelling/reporting SQL/PLSQL APIs Microservices AI
& ML

Experience in working on the entire Card Payments value chain i.e. Card Issuance Merchant
Acquiring Online Acquisition POS Implementation Decisioning Billing & Posting Fraud & Dispute
Management Network Compliance & Regulation Loyalty & Rewards and Account Management &
Services Credit Card Program Launch & Card Program/portfolio Management
Experience in Banking in following areas: Customer Acquisition & Onboarding AML KYC CDD
Fraud Prevention Disputes Management
End to end understanding of the Payments lifecycle from Front to Mid to Backoffice processing.
Payment Authorization Clearing & Settlement
Experience of working across geo specific High Value Payment types such as FedWire CHIPS
BACS Faster payments SEPA FedNow Zelle CHAPS
Experience in Payments message types such as SWIFT MT / MX ISO20022 and proprietary
messages
