Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation:
Design, plan, and implement telecom systems including voice, data, and video communication networks.
Develop and execute testing plans to validate functionality, performance, and compliance of telecom systems, particularly radio communication networks.
Conduct feasibility studies and assess technical requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Supervise the installation, configuration, and testing of telecom equipment adhering to best practices.
Testing and Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot and resolve telecom infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational disruptions.
Execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure telecom systems function effectively and comply with relevant standards.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of telecom solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address telecom requirements for new projects and system expansions.
Performance Optimization:

Desired candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining telecom systems.
Proficiency in telecom protocols and technologies including VoIP, SIP, MPLS, and wireless communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom engineering roles.
