In this role the AM DSO will work in the field in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams as well as our experts from our Global DSO team. The AM will establish mutually beneficial long-term partnerships based on in-depth business and clinical insights. You are an integral member of the Global DSO team.
Your Tasks
• Mapping of dental chains (DSOs), lab chains, insurance company dental centers, buying groups
and the marketplace for corporate dentistry in general (trends, competition, etc)
• Defining a yearly sales plan for dental multi-site organizations (DSO)
• Sales target achievement, sales funnel management and project reporting
• Negotiating contracts and setting up customer specific business plans
• Supporting and coaching the Regional Sales Manager in the acquisition and the development of
smaller DSO accounts
• Ensuring implementation of the business plans in collaboration with the sales team and
coordinating activities with the internal departments as well as with the headquarters in Bremen
• Ensuring regular contact with the CEOs, the purchasing departments, the clinical directors and
other stakeholders of the large DSO customers
• Regularly visiting clinics of these large organizations in order to evaluate opportunities, to ensure
proper implementation of the centrally agreed plans and supporting the sales reps in closing
individual contracts in decentralized structures
• Monitoring costs and sales effectiveness to optimize resources and prioritize spending
• Representing at relevant events and congresses
• Continuously maintaining customer- and market-related information in the CRM system
Your Requirements
• >5 years of professional experience in dental sales ideally in international markets
• Affinity for dental implantology and/or dental technology - in best case implantology or/and
prosthetics sales experience and/or education
• Understanding of key accounts ideally for international DSO networks
• Digital CAD/CAM competences especially 3D printing would be perfect
• High willingness to travel internationally (50%) in EMEA
• Fluency in English (B2/C1)
• Place of residence should be in Western Europe
• You could be a dental assistant or a dental technician
• Studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or dentistry, dental
technology are welcome
