About Us
Impactum Group is a leading provider of endtoend strategic communication services for commercial and political projects founded and led by Lucian Despoiu (CEO) with our main HQ in Bucharest Romania offices in 5 countries and global projects. We specialize in realtime polling and data collection influencer marketing programmatic advertising media production and international public relations. Were a techenabled services firm that works for a wide array of projects from commercial to political and government.

We are committed to providing a unique perspective on global events particularly those impacting the developing world.
About You
You are a senior autonomous techsavvy product or project manager with a solid understanding of media outlets and how they operate. You have experience in developing and launching successful digital media products ideally in the online media advertising space. You are a strong communicator collaborator and problemsolver who can translate and implement business needs into technical requirements. You are at ease working with developers designers editorial teams and other stakeholders to bring innovative products to market.
You are based anywhere in Europe and can work autonomously and asynchronously in this time zone.
Top 5 Objectives
Develop and Launch New Products: Identify opportunities and gaps to leverage Impact Group Medias existing technologies and data to create new products and services for the media group.
Enhance Existing Media Offerings: Develop product enhancements and features that improve the user experience and value proposition of our diverse media platforms.
Create DataDriven Products: Develop and launch datadriven products such as market research reports data visualizations and interactive tools that leverage our primary research capabilities.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with developers designers editorial teams and the Director of Revenue to ensure seamless product development and integration.
Manage Product Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap for the Impact Media Group prioritizing initiatives based on business goals and market needs.
Other Responsibilities
Conduct global and local market research and analyze user needs to identify and steer product opportunities.
Gather and translate product requirements into technical specifications for the development team to implement.
Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform product improvements.
Requirements
58 years of experience in product or project management preferably in the online media advertising or market research industry.
Strong understanding of digital product development methodologies.
Experience working with agile development and editorial teams.
Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Good command of English.
