Job Description

Are you an organized and friendly individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team in St. Louis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Welcome: Be the friendly face of our company by warmly greeting and welcoming guests and clients making a positive first impression that reflects our values.
  • Answer and Direct Calls: Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Scheduling Management: Coordinate and manage scheduling and appointments for our team ensuring that calendars are uptodate and organized.
  • Mail and Packages: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages ensuring timely delivery and proper distribution.
  • Front Desk Organization: Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk area that promotes a welcoming environment.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry filing and other clerical duties to support office operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless office operations fostering a collaborative and productive workplace.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
