Job Description
Job Title: Senior Process Associate

Salary:
- 2.8 LPA (In Hand: 17000)

Job Type: Permanent
Shift: Rotational Day Shift (between 9 AM to 9 PM) with one rotational week off
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of onpaper experience in any domain.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.
Language Proficiency:
- English: Excellent
- Hindi: Above manageable
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries related to banking transactions debit cards and credit cards.
- Provide effective customer support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on issues as necessary.
Additional Benefits:

Age Criteria: Up to 38 years
