Job Description
Our client is seeking a Finance Director to lead financial operations across their salons in multiple regions. This strategic role will drive financial planning and analysis supporting the companys growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting for all salons.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage the financial reporting process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Company Auditor and PWC for streamlined operations.
- Develop strategies for new salon openings.
- Monitor cash flow and provide insights to the CEO.
- Hire train and mentor the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial management reporting and analysis.
- Experience with auditing processes and external auditors.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Degree in Finance Accounting or related field; professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
