Location: Onsite FB area

Job Overview:
As a Sales and Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues and promoting sales for our clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and building strong relationships with our customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through various channels such as phone email and chat.
Identify potential sales opportunities and promote products or services to customers.
Maintain a deep understanding of our clients products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and promote sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding their inquiries orders and any other relevant information.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions inquiries and sales activities.
Continuously improve and update knowledge on products services and industry trends to better serve customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Experience: 2 in sales and customer support service
Proven experience in sales and customer support preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluent in English both written and verbal.
