The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing procurement activities within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of procurement principles strategic sourcing and supply chain management. The Procurement Manager plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency by ensuring the organization has the necessary supplies and managing vendor relationships to secure the best value for the company. This is a fulltime inoffice position that requires excellent negotiation abilities a strategic mindset and a focus on sustainability and cost reduction.
Compensation: $75000 $90000 based on experience

Procurement Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals and costsaving opportunities.
Build strategic supplier relationships evaluate suppliers for quality and reliability and conduct reviews with key suppliers.
Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into procurement practices and supplier evaluations.
Optimize inventory levels using justintime (JIT) principles and implement realtime tracking systems.
Utilize total cost of ownership (TCO) models and negotiate cost savings across categories.
Work with finance to integrate savings into planning and share insights with senior management.
Streamline procurement processes define guidelines and approval hierarchies and implement eprocurement systems.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations conduct reviews and audits and manage risks in contracts.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives monitor KPIs and foster innovation and diversity within the supplier base.
Oversee the full contract lifecycle develop negotiation strategies and conduct postcontract evaluations.
Conduct market research for opportunities and risks informing sourcing strategies and decisions.
Recruit manage and develop a highperforming procurement team with clear roles and professional development plans.
