Job Description
DBServices helps to design develop and support digital platforms for large and midsized companies in ITC Banking Retail Government Health and other industries in Europe and Americas.
Tasks
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for technical transitions.
- Oversee the setup and configuration of IT network infrastructure components including WAN LAN WLAN routers switches and Wireless Access Points.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices for network security and performance.
- Design and execute UAT plans to validate functionality and performance against requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure all issues are addressed prior to final implementation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the transition process.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all phases of the transition including technical specifications and user guides.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure smooth operation postimplementation.
- Analyze transition processes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience in IT network infrastructure (WAN/LAN/WLAN routers switches Wireless Access Points rVLAN etc.)
- Proven experience in conducting functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong client/project management experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluent in English
