Job Description
Tasks
Collaborate with the GTT Data Privacy Team:
- Work closely with team members to set and achieve goals that align with data privacy objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to determine priorities and drive team initiatives.
Drive Investigations and Privacy Initiatives:
- Lead investigations and initiatives to support and enhance the companys approach to data privacy and data sharing.
- Identify privacy risks propose robust solutions and implement them through crossfunctional collaboration.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for privacyrelated challenges.
Strengthen the Data Privacy Framework:
- Execute activities outlined in the data privacy roadmap to reinforce data privacy practices.
- Develop and enhance the data privacy framework to ensure compliance and build resilience into data management processes.
- Continuously monitor and improve the privacy capabilities within the organization to keep pace with regulatory and technological changes.
Stakeholder and Customer Support:
- Act as a serviceoriented and supportive partner for internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment on privacyrelated matters.
- Provide expert guidance and training on data privacy best practices to various teams within the organization.
Change Management and Communication:
- Drive successful change initiatives related to data privacy across the organization.
- Communicate complex data privacy concepts effectively to audiences ranging from technical teams to senior management.
Requirements
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in data privacy data sharing vehicle data and IT systems within a global product development organization.
- Proven track record of driving change initiatives with a strong focus on stakeholder management across various organizational levels.
Technical Skills:
- Practical experience with data privacy tools is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data privacy frameworks and regulatory compliance practices.
Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills to explain complex data privacy issues to a variety of audiences ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Serviceminded approach to support both internal and external stakeholders with an ability to build trust and partnerships.
Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills:
- Ability to identify risks analyze complex privacy challenges and propose pragmatic robust solutions in uncertain situations.
- Capability to visualize and communicate data privacy issues and solutions effectively.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within our international team.
