Job Description
Position Overview: The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the outdoor spaces of the property ensuring that gardens lawns pathways and recreational areas are clean safe and wellkept. This role involves a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks to enhance the beauty and functionality of the grounds.
Job Description:
- Mow trim and edge lawns; prune shrubs and trees; and maintain flower beds to promote healthy plant growth and aesthetics.
- Apply fertilizers herbicides and pesticides according to safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers trimmers blowers and other tools following safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred.
- Knowledge of plant care landscaping techniques and safety practices.
