In this role, you will provide essential technical guidance and support to both prospects and customers. Your primary goal will be to understand customer requirements thoroughly and translate these needs into effective and tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. This will involve collaborating closely with clients to identify their specific challenges and objectives, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed their expectations.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings. These sessions will be vital in helping customers visualize the potential impact of our solutions on their operations and processes. Your ability to clearly articulate technical concepts in a way that is understandable and relatable to a non-technical audience will be crucial for success in this area.
Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to ensure that customers can effectively utilize our products. These training sessions will empower clients to maximize the value of our solutions, fostering greater satisfaction and long-term relationships. Your role will also involve addressing any technical inquiries that arise during the sales process, providing timely and accurate information to help alleviate concerns and resolve objections.
Your proactive approach in supporting the sales team will be key in driving success and closing deals. You will act as a bridge between the technical and sales aspects of our operations, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Engineering. Alternatively, significant experience in a related field will also be acceptable. A critical aspect of this role is having at least 4 years of experience in customer-facing positions, such as a Sales Engineer or Support Engineer. This experience should have equipped you with a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide exceptional support.
Proficiency in major coding languages is essential, as you will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of technical concepts and be able to troubleshoot issues that may arise. Your technical expertise will enable you to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that solutions are appropriately aligned with customer expectations.
