Overhead Door Company of Wausau is looking for a Garage Door Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative you will be a part of the industry s leading brand and a part of a familyoriented environment where employees are valued and rewarded.
What you ll be doing:
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for performing estimates with customers and explaining the different products/options that are available. You will be responsible for creating leads following up on leads and converting those leads to sales. But most importantly serving our customers needs and wants to the best of your ability.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales to new and existing clients price negotiation pipeline management training and marketing support to make you successful
- Finalizes sales paperwork in a precise and timely manner
- Documents all estimates with any special instructions/notes pertaining to the needs of the customer
- Communicates customer expectations to the scheduler
- Performs followups on pending estimates
- Maintains direct contact with customers to answer questions and resolve issues
- Regularly monitor email text message and voice mail for customer and company communication
- Occasional weekend/afterhours appointments may be necessary to meet customers scheduling needs
Primary Objectives:
- Meet sales quotas each month quarter and year
- Promote the overall success of the company through constantly improving sales sales techniques and relationships
- Participate in an employeeoriented company culture that emphasizes quality continuous improvement and high performance

- Become knowledgeable regarding assigned territory
- Track customers on a CRM
Who we re looking for:
Someone who is motivated selfdriven disciplined and willing to do whatever it takes. Experience in the Overhead Door industry and/or a construction background is a plus but we will train you. Someone who is cooperative attentive and wants to work as part of a team that appreciates you.

Requirements
- Valid Driver s License
- Ability to pass a background check
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of experience in sales (Preferred but not necessary)
- Construction Industry Experience
