Required Procedures: Will depend on the type provider speed etc.

Beds in the Dept: Varies

EMR: Epic

Other Info: Anesthesia is availabile.

Required to Supervise APPs: Yes

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WI License or IMLC

Fellowship
