Job Description
- Oversee complex Business Process Management (BPM) projects ensuring strict adherence to timelines and SLAs.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality outcomes within tight deadlines.
- Drive process improvements and maintain operational excellence across projects.
Requirements
- Atleast 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Extensive experience in managing BPM Tech projects with tight SLAs.
- Someone who can grab opportunities and run the entire unit.
- Strong understanding on AI/LLM terminologies
- Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle highpressure environments and deliver results.
