Job Description
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Business Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Consultant for Capital Markets to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets including trading risk management compliance and market operations. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and insights helping our clients make informed decisions and achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert advice on capital markets strategies trends and best practices to clients and internal teams.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and risks within the capital markets domain.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to capital markets ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders including clients regulators and industry bodies to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all recommendations and strategies comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of clients and internal teams.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports presentations and documentation to support project findings and recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and regulatory changes to continuously improve service offerings.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- A Master s degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA FRM) is preferred.

- Minimum of 710 years of experience in capital markets including roles in trading risk management compliance or consulting.

5+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services such as Google Cloud Storage. 5+ years of experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. Proficiency in development languages such as Go and Python, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Extensive experience in working with container-based technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong background in using CI/CD tools to support continuous development and deployment processes. In-depth knowledge of various database technologies, including CloudSQL, NoSQL, and Relational databases. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the release process, especially within a container-native workflow. 5+ years of experience with configuration management tools and scripting languages such as Ansible, Bash, and Groovy. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and work collaboratively across departments. A Google Cloud Architect certification is a strong plus.
