Job Description

TITLE: Technical Product Manager FinTech

INDUSTRY: Fintech/Payments

LOCATION: Remote (within Toronto GTA)

SALARY: competitive / per hour (incorporated)

You re skilled in collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive scalable highimpact product solutions that align with both customer needs and business objectives.

About Our Client:
Our client is a Strategic Consulting partner within the financial industry dedicated to developing innovative and secure solutions that empower users and drive financial empowerment.
The organization values empowered teams fostering an agile culture inspired by Silicon Valley product principles to create impactful customerdriven products.
With a focus on continuous innovation and scalability they are seeking a technical leader to join their fintech product team on a sixmonth contract with a strong potential for extension.

Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Own and develop the product roadmap prioritizing highimpact features that align with customer needs and business goals in the fintech space.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design data and compliance teams to ensure seamless product development and timely delivery.
CustomerCentric Development: Leverage customer feedback data insights and user research to refine features enhance user experience and drive product innovation.
DualTrack Agile Process: Implement SVPG s dualtrack agile approach overseeing both discovery and delivery tracks to ensure ideas are fully validated before development.
MetricsDriven Management: Set monitor and analyze key product metrics to assess impact refine strategy and guide future product decisions.
Innovation & Scalability: Lead initiatives around emerging technologies in fintech ensuring products remain competitive secure and scalable.



Requirements

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5/6 years in product management with at least 3 years focused on fintech products or solutions.
Previous consulting experience is a nice to have and/or experience within a startup or midtolarge firm is also a plus.
Proven experience implementing Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) principles including dualtrack agile empowered teams and an outcomefocused mindset.
Strong technical background or familiarity with APIs payment gateways data security and financial compliance.
Experience with customercentric product development with a history of translating user needs into scalable impactful products.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical and nontechnical stakeholders alike.
Located in the Toronto GTA with the flexibility to work remotely.
