  • Identify opportunities for clients seeking financing or refinancing for their home loans
  • Engage with customers via phone to understand their unique lending needs and conduct prequalifications
  • Refer clients and schedule appointments with our broker network
  • Address inquiries with empathy and professionalism via phone email social media and web chat
  • Balance customer demand and multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Foster customer loyalty advocacy and retention through exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members at all levels to achieve the best customer outcomes

Requirements

Your Skills Our Success!

  • Minimum of 13 years of recent mortgage experience with a financial institution or licensed mortgage broker
  • Proven experience in a fastpaced dynamic customerfacing environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver service that promotes customer loyalty and advocacy
  • Genuine passion for engaging with people daily and building rapport
  • Strong customercentric approach with resilience in handling challenging situations
  • Natural aptitude for digital tools and technologies with familiarity in systems like Zendesk and Slack as a plus
  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities to resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to support colleagues and foster a positive enjoyable workplace atmosphere
