- ServiceNow ITSM techno functional Analysist Experience in Requirement gathering for ITSM and integrations.
- Develop and document the ITSM requirements during the workshops with the business stakeholders.
- Desing and document Foundation data mapping and foundation data visibility across ITSM and Case applications.
- User story documentations with Test case design for System Testing.
- work along with the Solution Architects Process Leads and developers.
