Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will serve as a technical advisor, providing critical guidance and support to both prospective and existing clients. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, translating them into tailored solutions that showcase the true value of our products. Your insights will help shape our approach, ensuring that our tools consistently meet the evolving demands of the development landscape.
A key aspect of your role will be to deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, clearly articulating the benefits and functionality of our GenAI-driven tools. You will also lead training sessions—both in-person and remotely—to guide customers through effective product adoption, empowering them to leverage our tools for maximum impact. Your expertise will play an essential role in smoothing the onboarding process, ensuring clients have the support they need for successful implementation.
Throughout the sales cycle, you will address technical questions and concerns, helping the team resolve potential objections and build confidence in our solutions. By delivering exceptional support, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical excellence and business needs, aiding in a smooth, successful sales process.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience. We’re looking for a candidate with at least four years of experience in a customer-facing technical role—whether as a Sales Engineer, Support Engineer, or in a similar position. Your proficiency in major programming languages will be essential, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients and guide them through complex technical concepts.
